Mary Brough

Biology, Latin II, Algebra I, and Formal Logic

Ms. Brough is a midwestern girl, who attended Notre Dame and graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington with a degree in accounting. She worked for Union Carbide in New York and then returned to IU to write computer programs for huge IBM mainframe computers. For the past twenty years, she has been homeschooling her four children. Since 2011, she has taught high school students Latin, logic, literature, history, economics, science, debate, grammar, and writing. In 2017, Ms. Brough won the prestigious award of Top 25 Teachers in Orange County.

Bo Lee

Geometry, Chemistry, Latin I, and Literature & Composition

Ms.Bo Lee grew up in North Carolina, where she studied Secondary Math Education. She moved to Southern California to study in a seminary as a missionary. She has been teaching and tutoring students in Math for over 10 years. She was an elementary and a secondary level Math teacher and an elementary Latin teacher at Veritas Classical Academy. She loves working with children and has a passion for raising godly youth leaders.

Victor Mambu

American History, Fine Arts Theater, and PE: Martial Arts

Mr. Mambu grew up in Fullerton, California, most of his life having also lived in Iowa and Wisconsin for several years. He earned his Bachelors of Arts in Geography from California State University Fullerton, his Masters of Arts in History from Arizona State University, and is currently pursing a Masters of Arts in Film & Television Production from Regent University. His passion for the arts led him to pursue acting and producing in film and television since 2014. In addition, he is an avid martial artist trained and certified in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, and Pencak Silat. Victor grew up in a Christian household with both his parents being ordained ministers. He continues to serve God being active with his church and community especially as a mentor for youth and young adults.

Rebecca Benner

Office Manager

Mrs. Benner is a California Native, who graduated from OCC and went to CSULB to study art. She was married in 1986 and began working in property management as administrator and then personal assistant to regional property manager for Transamerica Properties. She obtained her real estate license in 1990 and left full time work to be a stay at home mom and began homeschooling in 1995. Rebecca graduated the last of her four children in 2015. She developed a real love for learning while homeschool and is especially passionate about sharing God's handiwork in art, science, and music. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to museums, concerts, movie, and interacting with young adults. She serves at her church in women's ministry and hospitality.
